Hi,
Look like that your system is a domain controller system, with DNS & DHCP service running on.
I think it is derived from your Domino Server configuration. To test it, please setup a Notes client into another workstation. It is the in-operating workstation.
If this problem still exists, please refer your Domino Server setting up and configurating.
